I am pleased to present to you all PROGRESSION WEEK!
[which in this case is this week since I'm late at updates.]

What Is Progression week?
Well i'm guessing I don't need to tell you but we all know we need to work on Sindy and working together to get to LICH KING!
So progression week is where we extend the ID voted by guildies that showed up Thurs to do Sindy!

What will this mean for me?
As a Raider in Eclipse this means you can make a Tue-Thurs Schedule (unless noted before hand). Being prepared and ready to go. Don't take NO for a answer and will do anything and everything to push this guild to the max.

We have been noticing a lot of people showing up for farm content and not putting in the time for the harder stuff. Our goal is to be up to date and ready for new challenges that Blizz throws our way. And right now we are lacking in this goal.

What we expect this week?

What we expect this week will be from here on out.

Sign Up for RAIDS!
Lets us know your plans, use the calendar to show us if you can not make it.

You must be flasked for Raids:
Icc Flask Check: After First Wing
Ruby: At first Mini Boss
Voa/Weekly: None

Repaired!
Icc you can go repair at the front
Ruby you can repair upstairs before trash is pulled!

Reagents!
Make sure you have enough reagents to run the full 3hrs:
Pally - 200+
Priest - 60+
Druid - 40+
Mage - 40+

Any other Equipment Needed.

This counts for Offspecs if we tell you.
Frost Tank gear for Sindy (tank only)
Hunter Arrows/Bullets
Ext.

What happens if we do not meet these expectations?

These are simple expectations all raiding guild full fill every raid. Its now our turn to make this commitment.

-If you are late for raids or do not show up a lot. You should know these effect your chances at raid invs and may cause you to be demoted from raider.

-Not being fully prepared. As this can be fix you should not let it happen again after the first warning. This will also result in being demoted if continued.

PLEASE LET A OFFICER KNOW YOUR ARE UNABLE TO MAKE RAIDS OR BE PREPARED!
